Every time I load a new page on here (either the website or the forum), it prompts me to accept or decline what I assume are the cookie policies (the text is white on white, so unreadable). Wether I accept or decline, the same pop-up will reappear everytime I load a new page.

Seeing this too. Mine is not white on white, but it’s a Québec cookie banner in French. Pops up one very page load, regardless of how it’s dismissed.

This started a few days ago but it seems to have gotten worse recently.

You may want to post this in the forum area specific to your OS, device, or browser.

A search in any of those areas may show the issue with possible fixes/workarounds.
This is an issue with the MacRumors site itself, so I think this is the most appropriate forum for it?

That’s what I was thinking too… I think there was one other place that did it once, but here, it is constant… I don’t know if it has to do with the platform the website/forum is hosted on or something, but it seems pretty specific to macrumors. It’s not making it unusable, but it does make me less inclined to browse around cause it gets very annoying.

Yep, this is the correct forum for it. I've raised it with the site admins.
Is there any update on this? I downloaded an extension that is supposed to take care of the cookie pop ups, but this one is unbothered by it and keeps reappearing on every single macrumors page I load. Honestly makes me visit the site less and less cause it’s just annoying…

For me it went away for a while, a few days at least, maybe a week or so, but now it’s back.
Never left for me... I've done what I could think of/what was suggested online for cookie issues in general on iPhone, but nothing will do.

We have requested that our ad network look into it, but I can see it's still happening. We'll follow up with them. Really sorry for the annoyance.

I am having this problem now too. Just started today.

Not sure why it would have just started today for you. Are you also in Quebec?

Sorry, this took so long, but the issue of constant pop-ups for our Quebec readers should be fixed now. It will pop up once each on both the news and forum sides, but once you register your preference it shouldn't come back.

Appreciate feedback here on whether it's fixed for folks who had been seeing the issue.

(We do still need to make a tweak to address the white-on-white issue with the dark mode version of the pop-up.)

Thank you for looking into this and fixing the issue. Much appreciated!
