My understanding is that it should only show at all in Quebec, so I'm not sure why you're seeing it in the first place.

When I got it this morning, it was on the iPad.

Just now I got it (just on the MacRumors front page again) on my Mac mini, even though I was already signed in and had already visited MacRumors several times today before that. I'm in Toronto, with no VPN active.
