iPhone Constant Random Resprings?

My iphone 6 on 8.4 (taig JB) has been constantly respinging on its own ( it goes to start up screen, then brings me back to my main lock screen.)

I have crashreporter installed and whenever it crashes, it seems to not pick up on it or report it.

I have tried deleting tweaks and reinstalling and I have switched winterboard themes a few times and its ongoing.

Its really annoying but can anyone help or has anybody ran into this issue?

Did it start happening when you installed any specific tweak? Is that tweak still installed?

I cant figure it out.

It seems to be when i click to open a new app, the phone will just respring.

I'd go into safe mode first. Then go into Cydia and delete Cydia Substrate. True, this will delete all of your installed tweaks - but as of now, your phone is useless anyway.
