iPhone Constant safe mode

After JB with evasiOn 6.1 on my iphone 4, it constantly goes into safe mode if I get a phone call. This happens every time I listen to the music app or streaming live radio via iheartradio and tunein radio. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Never mind, narrowed it down to killbackground.

Maybe that package needs an update.
