Hi guys

This might seem like a silly question, but I own a 13" MacBook Pro (mid 2012) I use it at home for my main machine plugging into external dell display and it's also my main machine at work plugging into my external Lenovo displays. I bring my mbp home every night from work.

My question is am I reducing the life of my mbp by plugging and unplugging displays on a daily basis?

Cheers guys in advance

Yes, I find it silly. Relax and just use the darn thing!

FYI, I can only think of one thing that may reduce the life of your MBP and that is the the Thunderbolt port or minidvi port because you will plug and unplug it.
