Will restarting my macbook constantly about like 20 times (logging in and restart) in a row damage my macbook? because that is what my little brother did to my macbook pro without me realising and the macbook got super hot. like will any component be affected?

You should be OK. These systems are designed to withstand constant usage, and to manage the heat generated without damage.
