It's working. Please don't use the report function as well - that's only for reporting violations or asking for a thread to be moved.
I see you sent a contact message on Friday, so we're well within the normal timeframe for the response, especially given that the administrators are volunteers.
Contacts are usually handled within a very few days, but it can take up to a couple weeks (or even longer if the issue involves policy and requires discussion or is an impetus for a change in policy).

Can't a admin/mod just ban my account or something? Surely it's just a couple of clicks?
It's more than a couple of clicks (there's documentation involved as well), but I see it's been taken care of now.
