I see you sent a contact message on Friday, so we're well within the normal timeframe for the response, especially given that the administrators are volunteers.
Contacts are usually handled within a very few days, but it can take up to a couple weeks (or even longer if the issue involves policy and requires discussion or is an impetus for a change in policy).
