Contact Photos No Longer Syncing Through MM?

Has anyone noticed that your contact photos in address book are no longer syncing to Mobile Me?

I changed a photo in address book, and now it isn't showing up in my iPhone. I went to the MM web interface and there no longer is a spot for contact photos.

Just updated one on my macbook and it's there. However, when making calls on my iphone 4 im not seeing any contact pictures on outgoing/incoming calls. The pictures are in my phone but nothing. Not sure if this has something to do with mobileme or the new iphone. I am new to mobileme as of yesterday
