Contact ringtone settings backup

Is there a way to backup the custom ringtone settings for contacts? I'm synced with Google and if you, for whatever reason, have to delete and re-add the account, the setting goes back to default for all contacts.

iTunes saves them in settings in your backup

I guess I should have asked if there's a way to get the settings back without doing a restore.

nope. well, you could try to write them down or memorize them.

Yeah. Done that. Used to set a lot more of them, but after the first two times of redoing them I've reduced the number considerably.
