Contacting App Store?

How do you contact the App Store? I'm not seeing it if it is there…..

Anyway, I want to re-download an app due to problems, but AS says 'installed'. Can't figure out what to do….

Have you deleted the app in Launchpad?

You can do it thru the itunnesConnect if you're a developer. There is a Contact Us link close to your apps.
