Hey Guys,
Im writting a letter to Apple regarding an incident I am currently having.Let me just quicky summarize the problem I have had. I bought a macbook pro in june got it, hardware problem from the min i opened the box, the same thing has happened after they send me a replacement, and finally, i got the 3rd replacement today and the hard drive in the computer is faulty. I contacted customer relations they told me thats it i have to keep the computer. I asked for a full refund they said sorry cant do that either. I have the Cupertino Address, I want to make sure this is read by someone, would u suggest sending it anywhere else, and if yes what address.

thanks,

I think that emailing Steve is sufficient. One of the benefits of emailing him is that your case is handled by a senior customer service person, so your issue is handled quickly.

appreciate it

appreciate the advice guys, ill let you know any updates for sure.
sorry for posting the topic twice.

thanks,
Ankush
