contacts and facebook sync

So some of my contacts on my brand new MBA have facebook pictures and are linked through facbook, whereas some of my contacts do not. I'd like to have them all with facebook links/pictures

Any idea how to do this?

I think you have to have the email address or phone number listed in their info that the contact has listed on fb.
