iPod contacts and playlists off iPod

does anyone know how to get contacts and playlists off my iPod and onto my Mac? Thanks for your help

Yes, I just figured it out. This is what I did:

1) Double click to access your iPod on your desktop
2) open the contacts folder
3) copy the iSync.vcf file to your desktop by holding option
4) drag this file into you Address Book where you'll be prompted to review duplicates


Worked amazingly well!
