Contacts app not working

Today while I was trying to add a contact I noticed the + (add) button wasn't there. When I open the app, I see it for a brief second then it vanishes.

If I try to add a contact from the phone app it just crashes.

And I Don't have icloud enabled. I tried it, but still didn't work.

Please help me out. Thanks.

Try restarting you iphone. If that doesn't work, try resetting it. If that doesn't work, then restore.
