I transfered my contacts from Google to my iPhone by setting up an email Exchange account for google. Now when I get an email sent to my google account I get two notifications fro Gmail and the gmail exchange. If I delete the exchange will I lose my contacts?

Okay, thanks! I would of transfered my contacts to the Address book on my Mac but I'm running Tiger, which is too old to sync to my iPhone.
