Contacts from Mail to Address Book

Hi everyone. I have what I hope is a simple question: is there a straightforward way I can import all the email addresses I have in Mail into Address Book, creating contacts from each?

Window -> Previous Recipients has an option to add a contact to Address Book.

Select and Add to Address Book

Thanks. Does the Previous Recipients dialogue box contain every address in all my Mail accounts, then?

It should contain all addresses you have previously received mail from.
