contacts gone mising in IOS 7b2

ok so i have a 4s with ios 7b2 and about a day ago all my contacts went missing but they came back 15 minutes later new they are gone again and wont come back

any one else have this problem?

ok i got it fixed

just turn off sync with fb contacts in the settings app and then go to i cloud and turn sync with contacts back on , some how it getss turned off
