My company upgraded all of us to MS 2010...and at the same time I upgraded my iPhone 4 to 4.1...
Before (with Outlook 2003 and before iOS4.1 when I looked at my contacts it was displaying this way:

    My company name (Group title)
    - My company name (contact list)

    Now it displays that way

    My company name (Group title)
    - My company name (contact list)
    - Contacts
    - Suggested contacts

The My company name and Contacts is the same list...why do I have 2 and is it coming from MS'10 or iOS4.1? About the suggested contacts I can see that it is a group from Outlook (embedded and can't delete). But I'd like to get rid of the Contact list and only keep "my company name" contact list...as these 2 lists are redundent...

Any ideas? I have already tried to delete and create my exchange account...same thing...

Suggested Contacts can be deleted but will just be recreated.

If you had more groups they would show up, but you only have the two.

There is nothing you can do about it

Chris, thanks for the note. But is there a way to prevent emails from being added to suggested contacts? I hate when his is happening as it pollutes my contact list.

Suggested contacts is created by Outlook 2010 and anytime you send or receive an email from someone it adds them to this contact group. This contact group is then use when typing in new emails to give you suggestions on who you are trying to send emails to.
