I'm looking to purchase a new lens and I decided to check Craigslist out to see if there was anything. I stumbled upon this ad:

ProMaster 28-200mm Telephoto Lens. Upgraded and no longer need. Retails for over $400... See pix... Contacts need cleaning, per message from camera. Not sure if this is a serious or simple problem... Make offer. Lens taken to PENN Camera and contacts were cleaned... Test shot was fine...

He's selling it for $20. I feel a little sketchy, but do you guys know anything about contacts cleaning? I just got my first DSLR back in December...

    Thanks!

Could mean autofocus is broken. Contacts can usually be cleaned with a bit of alcohol.
