Contacts not pushing from icloud.com to iPhone

Hi all,


When making changes to my contacts in iCloud.com (Windows 7 PC) these aren’t syncing to my iPhone. No problems from iPhone to PC.


If I then make a change to a contact on the iPhone it seems to trigger an update and the changes are visible then.


Any ideas on how to sort this? I’ve tried toggling contacts updates in iPhone settings on and off. I’m not using Outlook, it’s just the icloud.com site.
