Contacts not syncing

I have a blackberry and iPhone set up on exchange. If I add a contact to the blackberry it goes to the iPhone. Of I add to the iPhone it does not jump to the blackberry. I just switched for the 4 to the 4s. It worked on the 4. Any ideas? So frustrating.

Are you sure you have Exchange as the default place for contacts to be stored? You might be creating them only on the phone.

I never added contacts to the phone manually until this. New one. They populated from the exchange server. How do you select exchange for new additions

Check what default account you have set on the iphone, you need to make sure its set to the exchange account you want to use.
