Why some iPhones have that icon and some others not ? For example my 5s has it.... My brothers 4s not and so my friends iPhone 5.

S Scott M macrumors 6502 Nov 25, 2009 274 68 Jan 13, 2014 #2 Mine had it on, until I disabled the contacts switch in the Mail settings. So, for me, it was, Settings > Mail, Contacts and Calenders > Outlook > Turn Contacts off.
