Contacts search in spotlight not working after upgrade

After upgrading to iOS10, I see, contacts search is not showing results anywhere.

Not in Phone, nor Whatsapp send contacts or anything.

It shows blank only.

In general spotlight, everything is enabled also.

How to fix ?
