Contacts Won't Add or Delete Contacts

I'm using El Capitan. The reason I updated was I hoped it would fix this problem. Contacts won't let me delete any contacts. Not by clicking/dragging, not by Delete or Cmnd-Delete. If I add new info to a contact, it won't save it. If I delete info, it won't save the change. Anyone know where to start, fixing this?

With what, if any, internet account are you syncing contacts?
