Contacts won't turn on

Hi everyone,

I am logged in to my iCloud account on my MacBook Pro (OS X Version 10.10.30 and have everything checked apart from Contacts.

Even when I select it, the wheel spins and then the checkbox clears again, with no warnings why.

Has anyone got any idea why?

Also, in the Internet Accounts section, my iCloud account is inactive and won't turn on as it says my account has been suspended because of security issues and I need to reset my password ... but there's nothing wrong with it on any of my accounts online, on the iPhone, iPad or even iMac.

Any ideas people?
