I have been having this problem for a while but just decided to deal with it. Well it is to the point were it is really making me mad.

If i try to right click on something it takes ages to open the menu. I have restarted (didn't help), i have rebuilt the launch services (didn't help), i have disabled a plugin (did not help). I am pretty much out of ideas here.

If anyone has some suggestions please let me know.

Thanks

You weren't clear about what plugin you disabled, but...

Google Might be Your Friend

Sorry about that, should have mentioned that stuff in the first post

The first thing i did was a google search adn found that. I used the terminal to do that command in post 5. Did not really seem to help much.

I find that the contextual menu on my Mac is only slow to open after a reboot. After I've managed to hit most apps during normal use, it's back to "normal".

What haxies are you running, FruitMenU?

Are you useing any special input devices?

Do you have any UA (Universal Access) prefrences set.
Take a look at it. Disable UA alternative input if you don't need it.
