Continuity SMS not working yet?

I have an early 2014 Macbook Air 13 with Verizon iPhone 6. Everything is handing off just fine just not SMS. In my settings on my iPhone there is no setting for "Text Message Forwarding". Is this feature not enabled yet or am I missing something?

As others have said. Monday. It works flawlessly with me on iOS 8.1 beta.

I will be SOOOOO happy if it does. I don't use safari much or notes, but SMS would be a big deal to have on my macbook.

I can keep using my tiny little 4S for at least a little while longer!

Love its small form factor, and it has the best design of any iPhone, IMO
