Dear MacRumors community,

I'm stuck on a constant reeboot loop on my MacBook Pro Model A1286 running on Moutnain Lion. This behaviour occurred when I ran out of battery and didn't attach it to a power source for about two days.

The battery is fully loaded again. I tried an SMC and PRAM reset. And reinstalled the OS.

The strange thing is that it's not even booting from the system usb stick or in save mode. Singe-user mode is working however. When running the Apple Hardware Test it shows no error. I reinstalled the OS via FW-Target mode.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be?

Best,
Juse

The next it reboots press and hold the shift-key. That will boot into safe mode.
