iPhone 8/Plus Control center freezes when tapping cellular data icon

When I swipe up to open control center and tap the data icon, it takes the icon like two seconds to turn green. Is this happening to anyone else? Reseting my phone helps but it only lasts a few days and then it starts happening again. I've been experiencing this since the very first version of iOS 13. My current version is 13.2. I have iPhone 8 Plus.

Haven't noticed the delay in the icon. The icon turns green immediately, but the connection to lte takes a second or two.

Restarting an iPhone each day is a good practice anyway (as with any computer)

While restarting can certainly be of some help, everyday or even close to it seems a bit much these days.

I have noticed it too when quickly trying to turn on mobile data. It’s a minor delay but still noticeable. I’m using iPhone 11
