This is a minor issue, but the control center in both my iPad and iPhone now has a blank row. There are even outlines of where apps should be. I feel like this could be a simple fix but I just can’t it find it. Does anyone have a solution or is it intentional?

Ive attached a screenshot.

I think it has to do with the home favorites. When I had mine on it filled all those spots with favorite devices in my home app. Looks like you only have 2 favorites? You would think the size would auto adjust. You can turn that off in settings- Home Screen just to confirm that’s it.

Thanks, toggling off “show home controls” did close the gap but it also removed the home controls I *did* have of course. I don’t know why the controls don’t just fill in.

I have been having this issue since the early betas. Thought it would be fixed by the final release but evidently not? Have notified Apple multiple times about this matter as well.

Am contemplating whether I want to deal with a full restore to see if it fixes anything or just put up with it.

Will probably just bear with it for now.

If you don't have a lot of HomeKit devices, just disable it in Settings-->Control Panel-->Show Home Controls. You can add the old Home button back in Control Panel if you want.
