Hello.
Control center is not working just the first time i swipe up.
If i swipe up 50 times in a row only the first one doesn't work the others all work.
I noticed that the issue is just with my 6s plus. My iPad runs 9.3.1 as well and the control center is always at service when i need it.
I think it's a common problem not just me facing this issue. If so has it been fixed on 9.3.2 cause it seems to be a software problem ?
It is just like iOS wants to make sure if i really meant to use control center :D something like a confirmation !

I do not think it is a "common" problem or it would be reported many times in this forum.

Sounds to me that you might have a hardware, digitizer, problem.
I have seen a lot about it on reddit that's why i said it's a common one. I have a screen protector on my phone but don't think it's causing the problem cause NC works after the first try. Anyone having issue with notification center ?

Might by something wrong with the bottom of the touch screen where it's not responding.

Have never seen this on my 6s plus.

Me either, never. In fact it is quite sensitive and sometimes mine comes up when I did not need it.

Yep, I think the digitizer at the bottom may not be working correctly.

I don't think so because it only fails the first time when i want to open it fast but if i open it a bit slower it works ! And also the problem is just the first time after that it works properly. I have tried it more than 50 times in a row just the first one fails !

Each of the five iPhone 6S Plus models we are using in my family demonstrate this failure.

In our case its the failure of the control center to appear when swiping up... at random intervals. Sometimes it'll respond after the first try, other times it won't. This problem is a daily annoyance. Apple has made an effort to resolve this but nothing has been accomplished.

I chalk it up to Apple's ongoing declining quality. It's a choice on their part. With relatively passive customers and little push back, Apple's free to look the other way.

Interestingly, the Nexus 6P, Samsung S7 Edge and LG V10 we use have been fast, smooth and trouble free. The Android OS with its own control center type feature has been stellar.

Funny as we have four 6S+ and three 6S phones in my company and not a single one exhibits this problem. Sounds like you just like Android better and got your family the wrong phones.:p

I can't replicate the problem every time but it seems to pop up every now and then for me. That said, it's this way on all of our phones (can't say on iPad since we sold that as it was used as nothing but a dust collector lol). I just assumed this was one of the quirks of iOS.

Actually the iPhone isn't a bad phone, it's just disappointing that Apple fails to deliver the quality and smooth performance they're capable of. If this was a cheap phone, that would be different.

For the most part Apples devices are way better than the competition. If not Apple would not be where it was today. I have had none of the problems you seem to suffer. Apple may not be perfect but where compared to the rest . . . well I will buy Apple again.

You know what ? I will buy Apple products for the exact same reason but these little software or hardware bugs irritates me. Not just control center, clicking noise on iPhone 6s plus which happens when you 3D touch and i can hear that sometimes while talking on the phone, Don't wanna explain the blemish on the screen as it's too faint. These are, as i said, some little errors that really get on your nerve when you have such an awesome phone with an awesome price ! The more you spend, the better quality you expect, Don't you ?

Spending more money does not guarantee anything. I know as I had a Porshe. Mercedes and BMW and they were all a pos.

It doesn't guarantee but your expectations will be higher from that device. You said Porsche or Mercedes but something. I have a cheap smartphone less than 100$ and it has lots of bugs that i don't even notice cause it's not a luxurious phone and also i just spend a penny on it. But iPhone is different first it's a luxurious phone and can you tell me why it is more expensive than its other rivals ? Their must be something to pay for. When i want to get a new phone i directly go to the apple store because i know the quality is assured and it's really worth it, spending more on this phone and the OS is really smooth. But this year the OS is buggy, doesn't matter as it will be fixed someday in the future ! More than that the hardware is not functioning correctly which will not be fixed by an update ! So why should i spend more on iPhone ? When you ask for more money you must have a better quality than your rivals.
Gonna get the next iPhone anyway :)

If I were unhappy with it, I would sell it and buy something else. There are no guarantees these days for anything. Apple is not perfect and if you look hard enough you can find something wrong with anything.

You got me wrong. I never looked hard. I don't need to look i can hear a noise while talking on the phone !
Anyway you are right no guarantees these days unfortunately ! But totally i'm not unhappy with my phone.
