Control Center Toggle Enhancements

I've always thought it would be great if we could either double-tap or tap-and-hold each toggle to enter the options for that setting. The wifi toggle, for example, would take you straight to the wifi settings menu.

Good idea. I like it a lot.

I would also like the ability to customise which settings you have visible in the CS. I rarely turn on Bluetooth for example, so would prefer a toggle for mobile data instead.
