macOS Control Safari?

I to write a script that will enable me to monitor a site, and when a product becomes available on the site, to add it to my cart and purchase it. Would some be willing to help me do this for a small fee? Is there something like this available?

I don't think Safari is scriptable, and certainly not to this degree.
