If you mean the slowed shrinking, yes, and you don't even have to hold down ctrl. Just shift minimise will work - it works with Shift Exposé too

Try Shift-Dashboard (F12) for a truly freaky experience. 🙂

Control + Shift + Minimise = Ultra Slow Motion
