Control Software/System volume with one volume adjuster.

I was wondering if there was anyway to control all volume levels with one adjustment. Instead of adjusting the volume in Spotify and the system audio is there a way just to have a single volume control like on iOS?

You can add a volume button to the upper right menu bar by going into system preferences/sound and checking the box Show volume in menu bar.

Better yet have fun and hold down the 'option' key while clicking the volume Finder menu icon. 😉

Thanks but not what I meant. Rather than adjusting the volume in the menu bar and the software I want to know if you can combine them into one.
