macOS Controlling bluetooth and wifi

Hey guys i have a idea for a security tool, but to cut out all that stuff how would someone go about controlling the bluetooth and wifi to act as a beacon and not really take any signals, so something like a pda could track it

Write some code to connect to the bluetooth driver and broadcast every x seconds. Just ignore all responses.

Yeah, you could have it broadcast the "Discoverable" signal if you wanted, which is part of the bluetooth standard.

ok cool now as for wifi i was thinking of just making it change the sid and remove all the security settings and act as ad hoc (ap) but also allow a ssh terminal

any ideas on that?
