iPod Controlling iTunes with the Apple iPod Remote

I received the Apple iPod Remote thinking I could control iTunes with it, but apparently that is not how it works. 😱 It's nice that I can control slideshows on my TV, but I would really like to control iTunes playback with the Remote. Is there an app or utility that will allow me to do this? Thanks in advance! 🙂

no, it won't work unless you get an iMac with Front Row... it's an iPod controller only...

Bah! 😵 Oh well, at least I can control my iPod's slowshows on a TV. We're having company over today, so I'll be able to try it out. 🙂

If Apple ever releases Front Row to non-iMac owners, then I'll be sure to use my Remote for that too.
