Convert AVI to DVD on Mac?

Hey All,

Anyone know how to convert an AVI, MPG, DiVX or XViD file to a DVD burnable format (VIDEO_TS).

I've found several applications that will do this on a PC, but I can't seem to find any that will run on MAC OSX.
