Hi

Does anyone know of software that will convert metadata in EXIF to XMP? I have a Canon PowerShot A530 and I can't view all the metadata while in Lightroom 2. Specifically, I am missing the ISO setting. I discovered that my Canon uses EXIF 2.2 and I wondering if there is some 3rd party software that will convert this information into format that Lightroom can read.

Thanks

Problem Solved!

I found a command line program called ExifTool by Phil Harvey. It does many things but for my purposes, it allowed me to create a copy of my jpg file, containing the EXIF metadata, into a new jpg containing XMP metadata. Finally I can see the ISO setting from my Canon PowerShot in Lightroom!
