Convert HEIC to JPG

Is there a way to convert all my HEIC photos to JPEG?

My iPhone is broken, I have another phone which is not compatible with HEIC. I found no solution for my photos to convert. Please help. Hopefully there is a way.

Use a free software called "image tools" from App Store.

Then ask a friend who use macOS to convert them for you.
