Convert iCloud mail alias to separate full account

I understand that this is technically infeasible at the moment, with the way that Apple has iCloud set up. I was more curious if anyone else would want the ability to spin off iCloud aliases into their own full accounts, and if anyone had heard anything about Apple looking into enabling it. I have sent feedback to Apple; I hope others have done the same too!
