Convert iso file ? to video

Hi
I have a .iso file and it contains a video file, I can open it with VLC but I'd like to convert the file to a divx or avi format so my DVD player can play the video

Any suggestions? 😕

Toast should be able to burn it as a Video-DVD. It may also be possible to just use Disk Utility, but I've never done it that way.

Disk Utility handles .iso files just fine.
