convert iso files to dmg files

Hi, someone sent me from a pc a .nrg file. it is a propietary file from the Nero cd burner programme. I managed to download an app called nrg2iso and convert it to an iso file, however i haven't beel able to convert it ti a dmg file so I can mount it...

I tried the hdiutil comand but I get this

tcsh: Ambiguous input redirect.

Can someone help me to convert the iso into a dmg?

You don't need to convert .iso files to mount them. MacOS X mounts .iso images just fine.

you might be able to just change the extension to .dmg, shouldn't be a problem.
