convert mp3 to ringtone iphone

Hi everybody, i have an iphone 4 (6.0.1) i have done all the step (convert mp3 to ringtone. i can see the tone when my iphone is connected to my PC. but i cant see the tone on my iphone. therefor i cant select the ringtone. can you help me. Harold😕😕
