Convert .mp4 to flash/ web format questions

I'm makign a site in iWeb and would liek to host some of my video production work. Before I just dragged the .mp4 video into iWeb. Alot of people have had trouble playing it. I think flahs vidoe is my answer. I would liek to host a video so most people can watch it on tehir computers (mostly pc's)

EDIT: I ahve Quicktime Pro and Compressor if that hepls

VisualHub could work. It's a very useful conversion tool, that also converts to flash (never tried that, though). Good luck with your work.
