iPod convert .rar files

Hi guys. I hope you can help me with this. I have a lot of music in .rar format. How can I get them into ituns so i can play them. I've read that .rar is a compression format but i don't what to do with it.

Unrarx: free,macupdate.

rar is like zip. you can open them with UnRarX or The Unarchiver (I like this one the best).

can Unarchiver combine .r01, .r02, etc rar files into 1 cohesive file?

Use Win RAR or 7z to uncompress this file, and you can get lots of music, and the drag them to iTunes. BTW, where did you download this file?
