iOS Convert self-made iPhone native app to web app (HTML, Javascript, CSS etc)

There are tons of sites able to convert web apps to native apps, but can the opposite be done? Obviously not games, or app that use the accelerometer. It's a navigation-based app, one that involves a lot of pages.
I'm not sure if this is in the correct area, so sorry if it is.

Offhand I'd say there's nothing, but I haven't dealt with iPhone app development yet so don't have a lot of insight into, but it's much easier going from web languages to other things than the reverse, though not impossible. If you don't hear much hear, I'd ask the mods to move it to the iPhone Programming forum. Don't re-post the thread there as that's against forum rules, just use the report icon
