Converting a .mov to .gif animation

Does anyone know of any freeware or shareware software that allows you to convert a .mov "movie" file (no audio) into a .gif animation file?

Hmmm... if you made a link directly to the file itself (assuming that this is a file you're allwowed to use 😉) it might be easier to get help... </hint>
