I have some APE files that i want to convert to ALAC/FLAC. Will i lose any quality when doing so? I know they are all lossless but I have read that they all differ from eachother as well.

You won't lose any quality. Lossless is lossless. It's the same as going from wav to aiff. No loss.

Nope you won't have any loss in quality e.g. if you go from flac to apple lossless the quality stays the same
