Converting Apple Cinema Display into Touch Screens

Hi all,

I am doing a retail store project that is opening next year. The client likes the look of the Apple Cinema Display and would like to use them in the shop. The screen will run a Concierge software from a Windows CPU or maybe if I can figure something else from Mac. Now I need the screen to work as a Touch Screen. Is there a way to do this? And Who supplies the conversion kit?

My client has just told me that Jean Phillipe Patisserie at the Bellagio in Las Vegas are actually using the ACD as Touch Screens but I still cant get any more infos on that.
